This little shredder is the best! I've owned it for nearly 3 years now and it has NEVER jammed. I use it mainly for shredding junk mail and it works fine for my yearly file cabinet purge. Like the other reviewer said, it's not for heavy office use because it can't shred too many pieces of paper at a time and has just a 4.5" slot (just fold your papers in half lenthwise). But for home use, this is the best shredder I have ever used. When (and if) the one I have quits, I'm going to buy another one.
