All orders shipping into New Jersey will be charged sales tax. No Sales Tax will be collected on orders outside of New Jersey.

We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable. We provide our customers with detailed product information so they can make a good buying decision.

Exchange Policy

Items can only be returned within 30 days from purchasing date.

After 30 days please refer to the manufacturer warranty. If any item fails or is defective, see manufacturer’s warranty. Buyer pays return shipping for any return, unless wrong item was shipped or unit is defective. If you receive an item that appears to be broken or damaged during shipment, please call us immediately so we may issue a call tag for pick up-this must be done within 24hrs (damaged merchandise must be replaced – no credit will be issued) Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee on the original purchase price (restocking fee will not be applied to returns for defect or damage).

Contact us at info@closeoutsllc.com for a return authorization code. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. If a return is sent without a RMA restocking fees of up to 50% may apply.

Once you receive your return code, mail complete contents, including all original packaging (original packaging with ALL contents must be completed with any return), with a note detailing the return reason to:

Please note if your return does not include all original packaging and all accessories there will be a 30% restocking fee accessed.

Please note you are required to give us a chance to troubleshoot your item before issuing a RMA--If you refuse this option a 30% restocking fee will apply.

A credit will be issued or posted to you by check (less restocking fee), regardless of payment method, as soon as we receive your return. We highly recommended you send any return with insurance and tracking-without proof of delivery we can not be held liable.

2. Use original packaging when possible:
   - Secure each unit in 2-inch thick foam rubber or bubble wrap in a corrugated box.(do not use newspaper, shredded paper or plastic wrap)
   - Reference the RMA Number on the outside of each box.


3. Ship to the return address above via the carrier of your choice. Pop Pop Office will not be responsible for shipments for which the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery.
   - You must pay shipping charges when sending packages to Letterfolders.com.
   - No collect shipments will be accepted without prior authorization from Pop Pop Office.
   - Shipments arriving at Pop Pop Office with charges due are subject to being returned (unrepaired) with all charges, including return expenses, due and payable by the originator.

Any return without a valid RMA# will be refused and shipped back at the customer's expense. Please call 800.844.0962 with questions.

IMPORTANT** If you place an order and refuse said order you will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee and all shipping fees.

 

 

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange any new item that is in perfect working condition, complete with all original packaging, to our return address and receive store credit, less shipping and restocking fee. This store credit may be applied to any product offered by Pop Pop Office.

Shipping Info

Please inquire via email for a shipping quote on items that have a $0 shipping option. Please note because of our volume with UPS we pass our discount on to all our customers.

All items are shipped at standard Fedex and UPS Ground rates (fixed amounts).

Some items can be upgraded to UPS 2-day (East & Central US) or 3-Day (West Coast) FREE!

**Please note any order that is entered in-correctly ( only by the customer ) and shipped to a wrong address you will be responsible for shipping fees to re-ship the item. If a customer does contact us to cancel an order and it does ship, again if refused you will responsible for shipping both ways plus a 20% restocking fee.

Our free shipping promotion is only on selected items.

Shipping is only FREE when stated on product page. And only orders over $100 or more

Free shipping is not available for international & Canadian orders.

Some items must be shipped via LTL freight ( via Old Dominion, Watkins, or Central Express-other may be used ) These items ( large shredders, copiers, items over 100lbs. or too bulky to ship via UPS will be quoted after your order is placed.

Shipping and handling costs typically range from $10 to $35 per machine ($4 to $6 for smaller items), depending on the weight and shipping location. An exact amount will be provided once the order is placed. Again please note some items will have to ship via LTL Trucking, most large shredders and copiers. We pass our industry 50 to 60% discount on to you the customer



Copy Machines, Fax Machines and Printers cannot be returned once toner is installed in the machine. If the merchandise is defective we will repair or replace the unit.

Call or write us to pre-authorize your return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please note that we cannot accept returned consumable items such as ink cartridges, ribbons, toner, developer or drums once they have been opened.

Copy Machines, Fax Machines and Printers can only be returned if they are in the original factory sealed cartons.
